Scope first, then build.
The same six steps for a website, a backend or a product. What changes is the length, not the order.
- 01
Talk
You send a few lines about the project, by WhatsApp, email or the scope builder. I reply within a working day with questions or a next step.
- 02
Scope
A short call settles what is in and what is out. For a product build we write the feature list together, in plain language, and you approve it.
- 03
Quote
A written quote with scope, timeline and payment schedule. Listed AI builds use their list price. Nothing is charged before you accept.
- 04
Build
I work in short stretches and show working software at the points we agreed. You try it and tell me what to change. New ideas go on a next-version list.
- 05
Check
Automated tests, a real-browser run, and for AI work a scored test on your own questions. You receive the report.
- 06
Hand over
The code is in your repository and everything runs on your accounts. A runbook explains how it works and how to change it, and a support window follows.
Pay as it proves itself.
Listed AI builds
Half to start. The balance is due once the test on your own questions has passed. The AI MVP is billed 40% at start, 30% at a mid-build demo and 30% on acceptance.
Quoted work
Frontend, backend and full-stack projects are quoted in writing. The payment schedule is part of the quote and is agreed before work starts, usually tied to demos you can see.
It is yours.
Code
In your repository, yours once paid for, with no platform fee and no lock-in.
Accounts
Hosting, database, domain and API keys are in your name. Secrets are never committed to a repository. Usage fees go to those providers directly.
Start with step one.
Send a few lines about the project. I reply within a working day, India time, with questions or a next step.
